The Clarion 911 Center is advising of telephone outages in the following areas, 797 and 358 exchange areas. Residents living in those service areas are advised to use cellular services when available. Windstream has been notified and is currently working to resolve this issue. There is currently no expected duration for these outages. Local EMS and Fire stations are staffed for all emergency situations.
