The Clarion 911 Center is advising of telephone outages in the following areas, 797 and 358 exchange areas. Residents living in these areas are advised to use cellular services when available. Windstream has been notified and is currently working to fix these issues. There is currently no expected time of renewal of these services. Local EMS and fire stations are staffing their stations and prepared for any emergencies that may occur.
