A voluntary evacuation is occurring in the Borough of Hyndman, Bedford County, Pa. due to rising waters from Wills Creek. This evacuation is voluntary but officials of Hyndman Borough urge residents to gather necessary items and report to the Hyndman High School where a shelter has been set up.
