Telephone outage affecting the following areas in Clarion County, Sligo, Rimersburg, Callensburg Boroughs, Piney, Toby, and Perry Townships. Residences in these area are unable to call 911 from landline. Cell phone service is still able to call 911. Windstream phone company is working on resolving the problem.
